Both being big thinkers Richard and Breanna have to be careful they don’t meet up too often as they get carried away, they are both big thinkers and hard workers. Richard has been a mentor of sorts to Breanna, giving her helpful hints as to how to set herself up in business, encouraging her take up opportunities.
When Richard had the idea to start this website about focusing on stories that many businesses have, Richard needed someone to go out and talk to people to find interesting aspects of their craft while building a community of likeminded companies. With Breanna being skilled in relationship building, managing many different projects and personalities this partnership has been a lovely marrying of minds, passion and skillset.

Originally from Holland, Richard Kuipers founded Two Men And A Truck from a caravan in his Sydney backyard more than 20 years ago.
Since then, the home removals and office relocations business has become one of the largest in Australia, with trucks in every state.
Like many other businesses all over the world, family, with family values, support and challenges, has built the success of the business.
Richard’s three daughters and three sons-in-law have all played important roles along the way, but this did not just fall into place. Running a smooth family operation requires much planning, consultation, mediation and constant review.
Two Men And A Truck is actively involved in the community and has recently done charity work for Indulkana Weather, The Sydney Children’s Hospital, The Salvation Army, Make a Wish Foundation and the Cancer Council.
Richard is also an executive on the board of the Anne Frank Travelling Exhibition in Australia, of which Two Men And A Truck is a major sponsor.
Richard is a friendly, self-proclaimed people-person who prides himself on his ability to run a successful business with no stress.
He has a wealth of knowledge and is always ready to give advice to anyone willing to listen. As a toastmaster, Richard is also an accomplished public speaker and regularly appears as a guest speaker at events to talk about a range of topics.

Breanna Pollock – Community Development Manager.
Breanna has 20 years experience working in the community, mainly in the youth sector. She has extensive experience in education, mental health, homelessness and has researched and implemented programs for a variety of services. Part of this is building networks between community partners/ stakeholders and corporate sponsors.
Richard and Breanna first met though Breanna’s husband Stuart – a freelance artist/designer who has done work for Two Men and a Truck. Breanna and Richard have many things in common – they love to have a chat, are interested in human stories, have a passion for the community and neither can sit still. Consequently, after Richard returned from his inaugural trip to the APY Lands (Central Australia) as part of the Bridgestone Solar Car Challenge and regaled her with stories of the community in Indulkana, Breanna’s eyes and heart lit up, she was slightly jealous as she has wanted to visit this part of Australia and has always had an interest in the Indigenous community. Investigating ways she could change her career path but wanting to utilise her skill set, Breanna has worked with Richard on his Indulkana Weather initiative and is excited to be managing this next endeavour together.
